As an electronic engineer with a business management degree I focus directly on core challenges in order to develop sound solutions. I apply myself using the consistent application of established methods, ensuring that my pragmatic solutions have a firm base. My strengths lie with asking the right questions and listening, enabling the requirements to emerge, as well as mapping requirements to product descriptions.
I am certified in ITIL, TOGAF, PRINCE2, and have decades of experience and competence in the following areas: strategy development, unified communications, telephony, networks, requirements analysis, procurement (including GATT WTO).
